We decided to use Elite because of all the amazing reviews. When Nick came to our home, we immediately felt comfortable. Our project was big and Nick's quote was very accurate. The Elite team painted the entire house along with painting all the oak woodwork, doors and builtin. The team was very professional and did an amazing job! Nick, Derrick, and crew did an AMAZING job!! I had my entire 1st & 2nd floors painted; walls, ceilings, trim, crown molding, and windows. My house is completely transformed! Hiring a contractor for home improvement can be a challenge however Elite made this an enjoyable experience. From scheduling the initial visit to estimate the project to scheduling the work and the outstanding follow up and great customer service. Elite went out of their way to make sure all of our needs and concerns were addressed. Our Project Manager Derrick made it a point to stop by each day to make sure the crew had what they needed and that we were comfortable with the progress. Customer service is important but in the end it’s the quality of the work that’s most important. Dezi and Josh were true professionals they treated this job like it was their own house. We couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail and overall workmanship. Our house is 92 years old with the original wood siding and today thanks to Dezi and Josh it looks amazing. Had our kitchen cabinets painted and couldn’t be happier . The crew headed by Dez also with Gil and Cameryn were very professional and friendly to work with . Dez was especially focused on detail . From the beginning of the process, from the estimate with the owner Nick , to communication with Britney in the office to the crew that did the work was above and beyond . We are so pleased with the interior paint job that Nick and his team at Elite Paint completed. Nick explained the entire process - from prep, finishes, painting and clean up. He provided proof of insurance and a comprehensive contract that listed everything we needed to know. The painting team at Elite are very skilled and respectful. They covered all floors, furniture and surfaces. They filled, taped and sanded everywhere - even places we didn't realized needed fixing! The team of 5 were able to complete this large job in only 3 1/2 days! Nick would stop by our home each day to check on the progress. He and his team have a great rapport and respect for each other.
